    A. Service Level Agreement 1 (SLA) R2300 pm (Per network up to 30 computers and 1 server included)

    1)Network Health Assessment

    3)Bi-monthly visit (up to 2 Hrs. per visit)
    4) 3G Remote Support**
    5) LAN Administrator Training

    6) 1 Emergency Call-Out:
    a. Internet failure
    b. Network or Server failure
    c. Admin email failure
    d. CAT or Computer Science Exam assistance (To be arranged upfront)
    7) All additional requests that fall outside of the stipulated time frame, equipment and scope of the SLA, will be charged at the normal rate of R450 p/hour.
    (For up to 30 computers on the same network, an additional R600 pm will be charged.)




    B. Service Level Agreement 2 (SLA) R1980pm (Per network up to 30 computers and 1 server included)


    1) Network Health Assessment
    2) Anti Virus
    3) One monthly visit (up to 2 Hrs. per visit)
    4) 3G Remote Support**
    5) LAN Administrator Training
    6) 1 Emergency Call-Out:
    a. Internet failure
    b. Network or Server failure
    c. Admin email failure
    d. CAT or Computer Science Exam assistance (To be arranged upfront)
    7) All additional requests that fall outside of the stipulated time frame, equipment and scope of the SLA, will be charged at the normal rate of R450 p/hour.
    (For up to 30 computers on the same network, an additional R600 pm will be charged.)






    C. Network Health Assessment R450p/hour


    In order to have a broader and better understanding of the school's current network and IT requirements, we would firstly do an initial technical assessment. During this assessment, checks will be performed on the status and specifications of all hardware and peripherals connected to the network. This service is designed to create a standard platform for all users and to minimise discrepancies.


    D. PC and Network Support R450p/hour


    For all Network and PC related problems that might hamper normal day to day operations. This service is available for schools that choose not to enter into a formal Service Level Agreement.


    E. Remote Support only R500 pm




    This service is design for speedy resolution to any pc emergency. We provide the school with a 3G device and in the event of an emergency; we will request the LAN administrator to connect this device to the problem computer. From here we will then connect remotely to this machine and resolve the problem. We have a 95% success rate resolving problems in this manner. The device can also be used by the school as back up for internet failure. **


    F. Virtual Private Network (VPN) R1900pm


    A VPN solution can cut the time and cost on network maintenance considerably. It also has many other benefits that can streamline school administration. The major benefit is that it allows the staff to connect to the school network from anywhere. The dangers of virus infections are hugely reduced in this manner.


    G.Training to LAN Administrator R900 once off


    Part of the schools technical sustainability planning is to ensure that its LAN Administrator is equipped to deal with minor technical problems. We will train and support the LAN Administrator to ensure that he/she is up to speed to optimise network up time and to reduce maintenance cost. If a SLA was signed, continuous knowledge and skills transfer will happen with every mandatory visit to the school.
